Inspired by the rich heritage of Romanian culture and the spiral motifs of the Cucuteni region, Volura is more than a skirting board — it’s a meaningful design feature rooted in tradition.
The Cucuteni culture, one of the oldest known civilizations in Europe, is renowned for its intricate symbolism and organic motifs. Volura draws from this legacy, with a wave-like form that echoes the graceful flight of a lark — rising, falling, and flowing effortlessly through space. This form introduces a visual rhythm that links vertical and horizontal elements, creating seamless spatial continuity.
The skirting has high versatility and can be cut to size and used in various applications, such as decorative framing for doorways, mirrors or other custom design features.
